1 banana, frozen 50 g frozen strawberries 1 sachet açai pulp (or 1 tbsp açai powder) handful of spinach 150 ml plant-based milk
50 g vegan yoghurt 1/2 banana, on top handful of strawberries and raspberries 1 tbsp cacao nib 2 fresh mint leave
Combine one frozen banana, strawberries, acai pulp (or acai powder), and a handful of spinach in a blender.
Add the milk and yoghurt, and blend until smooth.
Place the smoothie in a bowl and garnish with half a banana, strawberries, raspberries, cacao nibs, and fresh mint leaves
My favorite thing is an açai bowl since it is refreshing, delicious, and nutritious. The açai berry grows in South America's rainforests.
It is pronounced "ah-sigh-EE." This berry provides numerous health benefits, including high antioxidant levels, brain benefits, and activation of detoxification enzymes.
I added spinach to balance it out, but you can leave it out for a sweeter taste. If desired, stir in a tablespoon of peanut butter or almond butter.
