Chocolate Chia Pudding

Chocolate Chia Pudding – 2 cup plant based milk – 1/2 cup chia seed – 1/4 cup cacao powder – 1/4 cup maple syrup – 1 tsp vanilla extract or paste

INGREDIENTS

To serve – plant based yoghurt optional – shaved dark chocolate optional – raspberries optional

DIRECTIONS

Combine all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Transfer to four separate jars for each serving.  

Refrigerate, covered, overnight (or at least 3 hours). These will keep for around five days.  

Serve plain or with yoghurt, shaved dark chocolate, and raspberries.  

This creamy chocolate chia pudding tastes like dessert mousse but is surprisingly nutritious!   

It contains omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, and antioxidants and is quite simple to prepare.
