Ingredients

Direction

Add yeast to warm milk. In another basin, mix eggs, egg yolks, 1/2 cup melted butter, honey, salt, yeast mixture, and 2 cups flour. Beat medium-speed until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to make a sticky, moist dough.  

Knead for 6-8 minutes on a floured surface until smooth and elastic. Spin once in greased dish to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm location for 1 hour and 15 minutes to double.  

Dough should be punched and lightly dusted. Shape 24 balls and place 12 on 2 greased 8x8-inch baking pans. Baking pan for bread. Cover with a kitchen towel; rise in a warm area for 1 hour to double.
