– 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk, or milk of choice – ▢½ cup plain Greek yogurt – ▢16 oz fresh strawberries, plus more for topping
– ▢2 teaspoons maple syrup, or sweetener of choice – ▢6 Tablespoons chia seeds – ▢1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine strawberries and milk in a blender and puree until smooth.
Combine strawberry milk, yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla in a mason jar or bowl.
Allow to sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to remove any clumps.
Place the mixture in the refrigerator to set overnight.
When ready to eat, top with some fresh strawberries.
